Clay Concern/Feedback Form

We take great pride in the clay we make and we strive for excellence.  We have implemented significant quality controls, but as the materials we use are dug from the ground in mines across the globe, we can not always control those raw materials. However, we do track all reported concerns with the clay we manufacture.  Please review our clay FAQ first for helpful notes on common concerns with clay that can be solved in your own studio.  If you still believe that your clay has a contaminant or some other issue, please fill out the form below completely, and send images of the reported issue to mail@kansasclay.com   We will check the notes on the clay batch and pull the raw sample to attempt to reproduce the issue.  Please allow a month for testing of the batch sample
