The site plan for the building addition has officially been submitted to the county for approval which typically takes 30 days. An application for floodplain fill approval and a stormwater drainage study from the KS Dept of Ag has also been submitted as well as a Notice of Intent with a SWP3 Plan (whatever that is! but Dean Grob did it, so I know we need it — it’s probably an acronym for something he and I talked about previously that I’m not connecting right now) which was sent to KDHE. R.D. Johnson has been notified to put us on the schedule and within 30 days we should see some real action! Next step is getting the concrete contractor arranged.
